The lands in each state belong to the people of that state and decisions regarding the use belong to that state as well. The Federal government has the obligation to give back the lands they now unlawfully occupy to the people to which they belong.

The Federal Government does not have a clue in managing land in soveriegn western states that most legistators have never even seen. Western states deserve the same dignity and transfer-rights that eastern states have enjoyed.

The states should have control over lands within their boundaries. This has nothing to do with the federal government, and we have seen first hand, the mess the feds can and have made of administering and mismanaging the lands; from the catastrophic wildfires that become more widespread every year; to the taking of livelihoods by way of the ESA or any other means possible. I've seen it happen three times in my family alone, it's not pretty when the feds get on their high horse and run roughshod over innocent and patriotic citizens.

The FEDS Only have the "herein granted" authority to own land that their "buildings, arsenals and forts" reside upon, NOTHING ELSE!!!!

The ridiculous, UNCONSTITUTIONAL THEFT of state lands by 'progressive' Republicans & Democrats (Starting with the far-left 'progressive' Theodore Roosevelt) must be made right ASAP. TRANSFER STOLEN STATE LANDS BACK TO UTAH AND OTHER WILLING WESTERN STATES!!!
