Resignation of River Bend Membership Corporation Board of Directors

We are asking for the resignation of the entire Board of Directors of the River Bend Membership Corporation (also known as RBMC).

This action is being taken for a total lack of meaningful management for running the River Bend Park.

• For tack of communication, passion and a disregard for the inputs of its membership.
• For the lack of openness in the meetings of the board of directors and its lack of two-way communications with its membership.
• For lack of accountability in making decisions.
• For a "totalitarian" style of management.

WANTED.  Interim CEO for River Bend Membership Corporation (RBMC).

The Interim CEO shall be appointed by the RBMC board of directors to assume the role of chief executive officer during a time of transition until the next scheduled general election.

This individual will be tagged with the "interim" tag due to the fact that they have not officially been given the title of full-time CEO (by vote of the RBMC membership).

As interim CEO you will be called upon to "steady the ship" in a period of great turmoil.

Although a corporation MAY call from their existing Board of Directors when appointing an interim CEO, it is best to bring in the interim CEO from outside the RBMC.

The reason for this is that the skill set desired for interim RBMC CEO is unique, as the individual will be required to manage a crisis situation, as opposed to the day-to-day operations of the RBMC.
