Petition calling for the resignation of the Cleethorpes, Immingham and Barton MP Martin Vickers.
He has demonstrated gross indifference to serving his constituents and has publicly declaire that his position exists not to represent the many but to not "alienate thousands" of Conservative supporters".
Therefore in light of his recent discriminatory actions and comments (on the subject of same sex marrige), it could be suggested that his positon as an MP in untenable.
This petition therfore calls for the said MP to resign.
