We, the undersigned, would respectfully accept the resignation of Government if were it offered. We understand that any government resulting from a general election will likely be as incompetent and ineffective as the current government, but as we don't know this with absolute certainty we are willing to take the chance. The endless commissioning of reports, commissions, and the like has strangled completely any real innovation and reform in a public service which is costing us far more than we can afford. Frankly, we're fed up and don't really want to take it out on Europe, but if we don't get a democratic outlet of some sort we might just blow a fuse and vote No on Lisbon.
