Hello fellow neighbors,

How are you feeling about the services that you are receiving as a resident?

Well, as a resident I am very unhappy with management, and we as residents need to make our voices heard. Unfortunately, at this point management has been able to conceal more of their mistakes then they have been able to provide customer service. Below are a list of issues that have been talked about.

1. Property Manager that doesn't take ownership of property issues, no matter how many times I can go to the Leasing Office, she will never attend to me. She will always send you away to one of her assistants.
2. Property staff doesn't take pride in their job and lacks customer service. The office team is to robotic and non attentive. Your motto states "Paying attention to every detail" but i was not able to get a straight answer as to why the community was permitting underage drinking in the pool area. What if something happened to one of those teenagers, drunk and drowned in the pool?
3. Pest control is out of control. Several of my neighbors are constantly complaining about the apartments completely infested with roaches and that pest control has came in several times and it is not getting any better.
4. The building up keep is just horrible. The hallways are marked up, the newly installed rugs are stained due to other residents and actual employees from maintenance. there are lights out or missing in the hallways, the landscaping has lots of garbage and dried out branches just hanging off the trees protruding the walkways.
5. Garbage chutes are not sanitary and always dirty
6. Parking is a nightmare
7. Rental price to maintenance service time (We pay high rent for the area and have poor maintenance)
8. No control or discipline when it comes to pets on the property (Pets leave their waste behind and their owners don't clean up after their pets) I don't like stepping in animal waste
9. Gym equipment is in terrible shape, and not in the condition to be in a property of this category or price range.
10. The shopping carts inside the hallways is a never ending battle.
11. Security is a big joke. No one respects them and there are very few that actually work. Its more like let me just hang out in my car and collect a paycheck for nothing. I've had people show up at my door and have never been notified that they were at the gate.
