We, the residents of Cortland at Colliers Yard, are raising serious concerns about the persistent and overwhelming smell of cannabis throughout the building. This issue has been ongoing for months, and despite being repeatedly reported, no meaningful action has been taken by management to resolve it.

The odour regularly seeps into individual flats, making it difficult to breathe comfortably, open windows, or maintain a clean, smoke-free home. Our clothing absorbs the smell, guests feel uncomfortable visiting, and many residents—some with young children—are finding the situation intolerable.

This ongoing problem is degrading our quality of life and driving long-term tenants to move out. If this matter continues to be ignored, the individuals signing this petition are formally stating that they will not renew their leases unless decisive steps are taken to address and contain the issue.

We respectfully demand immediate intervention and a clear plan from building management to restore a healthy, respectful living environment for all residents.
