We the Residents of Timber Creek Heights and surrounding area are Against the rezoning of R-1 residential zoned property to C-3 Commercial zoning for the Living Word Sanctuary. Our concerns are for our properties DEVALUATION. With a church behind our outstanding neighborhood we will be left with noise of 202 vehicles coming and going at all hours as per their functions,weekend weddings,late night bingo, meetings and multiple church services ect... Commercial parking lot lighting on at night in the backyards of our Bianca Lane residents. It also is the TAX PAYING RESIDENTS that will have to cover costs of our Police and Fire Departments to service this facility. Further once this property is zoned commercial we could end up in years to come with a shopping plaza behind our upstanding neighborhood of Timber Creek Heights. We the residents of TIMBER CREEK HEIGHTS and surrounding area are AGAINST the rezoning of this property. We need to keep the value in this community. We must not let our Bazetta township property devalue !!!!!
