A quick review of the Village of Rouses Point Website will draw the attention of the web page viewer to Lake Champlain. The Lake is a Beautiful asset for the Village and its residents. The Problem being we have no direct access to the Lake. It is time to accelerate a feasability study/ investigationas to whether Rouses Point couldsupport the addition of a Beach. This petitionserves as Notice to the Village Board of the interest of the Village Residents to pursue a Beach in RP.
