This project would cause significant damage to our residential streets, which are not designed to handle repeated 18-wheel trucks concrete deliveries, and heavy construction equipment for ten separate home builds (can barely handle normal traffic as shown by our unpaved garbage roads). The cumulative impact will accelerate road deterioration and shift costly repairs to the Village and taxpayers rather than the developer.

Absolutely not acceptable in kings point village. This is a very small village and can not afford to have so many houses in one place

I’m a resident of Gatsby lane. The road is very narrow and dangerous as it is never mind with 10 more houses of traffic going to it.

Adding 10 units in such close proximity will effect traffic and safety of our neighborhood, the least of which is the existing singular narrow roadway
