they were very rude to before over a large past due payment I did owe and payed but was trying to work out a decent payment plan. They did not care and the mayor would not return my calls.

I inquired about filling up my swimming pool and was told I would still be charged the DCR fee. This was not the case 5 years ago. Why is that? City of Hernando, MS water prices are outrageous!

Unexplained rate hikes are ridiculous.
