Will you please finish the site! This is absolutely ridiculous, just finish the job you started and move away.

It isn't acceptable to leave the roads and communal areas in the state that they are in. There are missing bricks in the road - and alsl now large clumps of grass growing between the bricks that have been laid. It shows they've not been put down properly and sealed in the first place. There are just holes filled with material or asphalt, rather than paved correctly.

I cracked my front near side alloy wheel on the speed bump outside the house due to the severity of the steepness

This estate needs to be finished the tarmac roads/ paths & block paved roads the have been dug up in places and the removal of the small compound on Stanley ferry mews /Stanley Hall Drive

The "park" area needs to be remodeled to actually resemble a play area as opposed to some tree trunks just cut up and put in the ground.

Bellway dragging their feet and need to get it finished

Potholes and ramps are a danger to motorists.

There is an enormous ridge on the road outside my son's house where I have to drive over to park there.

The company is a joke, still not finished bits in the house and clam we had signed a snag list but we never did and refuse to show us this signed list

Coming up to 5 years. Still not top tarmac on the main road Heselden drive + still the cycle path isnt finished and a good proportion of the original plans have changed dramatically.

It's a joke we've lived with this for over 5 yrs now.
