A definite NO to this project....for several good reasons i.e., another drain on our town's infastructure (are the powers that be paying attention?), town will receive no taxes to off set this drain, this juncture of roads couldn't be more dangerous for an enterprise as large as this then, and most of all, it will be another burden on us taxpayers....isn't it always? We're fed up with these expansions of our township! It's all pricing out our seniors who can no longer afford the high price it takes to live in this area. I say NO to this development: it is not needed or wanted.

I say no please. I grew up in Middletown and we do not need another private school. Open CBA to mix boys and girls. We have Mater Dei, Red Bank Catholic.

When are we going to stop developing middletown, we are here for the open spaces and nature, take it away and why pay these taxes.

This is just a ridiculous idea. All around MIddletown, I see the natural environment being destroyed to meet the demands of a select few. It is disheartening and depressing to think of a future Middletown without it's natural beauty. Environment aside, There is no need for this school, as there are many fine private institutions in the area already. Furthermore, It is crazy to suggest that taxpayers should have to cover the school's expenses.

This will create a traffic mess on already overburdened Chapel Hill Rd, especially at the Chapel Hill Rd and Route 35 intersection

I grew up in the neighborhood that will be affected by the stavola road connection to this school. What was once a quiet safe neighborhood will turn into a fiasco of traffic putting the next generation of children in harms way. Simply put, Stavola road cannot and will not be able to hold the amount of traffic this project will generate.

Trinity Hall - Stovola Farms Proposed Development. This development will not only increase traffic on an already over burdened Chapel Hill, it will have a back door connector via Stavola Rd. This road is currently a lightly traveled street in a quiet residential neighborhood. This will change the complexion of this area for residents along this road. In addition it will increase traffic at the intersection of Sleepy Hollow Rd/ East Road and Kings Highway East a heavily traveled road for commuters and students for area Middletown Schools in the mornings. And to top it all Trinity Hall is a non profit that will tax our services and add nothing back to the tax base, so in effect we will all be subsidizing this venture through our tax dollars. This is bad for nearby residents and bad for the town as a whole. Say NO to Trinity Hall
I don't begrudge Trinity wanting a permanent home, just feel the impact is too great on our little piece of Middletown. There are many parcels in Monmouth county that are vacant and more realistic. Was Ft Monmouth ever considered?
