I strongly oppose this type of development. Jefferson County will never be able to attract higher income higher tax rates with high density low income housing

Lots should be either 1/4 acre or 1/2 acre, no less

I am against this development, if it’s all Single family homes I would be in favor.
In this area there should be no apartments, attached multi family homes such as condos, villas, townhomes, etc.
