No windmills in this area! People didn't buy houses with nice views and pay premium taxes for them to have to look at those hideous things!

A Johnston resident on another post stated and I quote: "No Council Members name is on it"...meaning the ordinance. If that is fact then it would be unlawful to have this ordinance on the December 14th meeting Agenda to be voted on as a law. It would have needed to be sponsored by a Town Council member as a new ordinance for the Town of Johnston as the legislative branch of our local government. Unless someone out there knows otherwise?? Please comment.

If we as a town are going to create a space to make it easier for renewable energy lets put it in industrial zones. It should not be made easier to develop residential lands for large scale energy production.

I am not at all in agreement with this plan. Johnston has endured countless years with the landfill, power plant etc! Enough is enough
