I live in nearby East Park development & travel past the site to work. At times, it already takes 20 to 30 minutes to reach my office just 3 miles away, due to the existing heavy traffic conjestion.

I oppose this proposed construction. This was originally supposed to be higher end mixed-use apartments & condos. Now, it has been converted to lower end apartments, which will adversely affect our property values and further stifle positive business growth in the area. Shame on the county for allowing this proposal to proceed in this manner, just before they banned the very rule being applied from use in the rest of the county.

STOP the insanity! No more high density development for East Cobb! We are already maxed out, and the last thing we need are more apartments and traffic. We are becoming another Atlanta!

l ask you please do not allow apartments into our neighborhood! Traffic: already there is massive backup at the intersections that would be impacted. We are neighborhoods of single family neighborhoods. There is no sense in breaking tearing down our way of living. Once you break the code, it will be destroyed.
