This construction will put a lot of pressure on traffic and Spray HS admission for that area.

I have lived in Piedmont Chase for 39 yrs and we do not need apartments at Sprayberry Crossing. Plus we do not need buildings over two stories. Apartments will bring two much traffic and decrease the values of our homes. The developers do not care about our neighborhoods and only want to make money now and leave and go elsewhere after the development.

Sandy Plains Traffic is extremely heavy and people have been hit crossing it in that area. We’ve been caught in the traffic several times. We don’t need the kind of traffic this project will certainly create.

Twin Lakes We oppose this plan. Traffic is already congested and this will further add to that.

There’s no way they should be allowed in our neighborhood. I’m sorry but we just don’t need low income housing in this area with the trouble that it would bring. It would definitely bring in drugs and trouble making type renters this is not a renters area neighborhood north should’ve ever become one.

Sorry, but with housing prices skyrocketing (thanks to the failing monetary policies of our country) and once again leaving lower-middle class families in the dust, high-density residential zones are the inevitable future of all suburbs. You may not like it, but the people who work here have to live somewhere

I live about a mile from Sprayberry Crossing. This area is already over-congested even with the road widening last year on Sandy Plains. Keep this a single-family, low-density area and add a park and businesses. Apartments just don't fit this area. There's got to be a better moneymaker for this space.

It would be nice if the area would be developed similar to Smyrna Village or another similar type of development.

No apartments! Traffic nightmare, rise in crime, property values may be negatively affected

We are 20 year residents of the area in NE colony less than 2 miles away. We are completely in opposition to apartment development at this location. We would love to see this eyesore removed, however we feel that apartments are not appropriate to the single family setting in this community. We would support townhome development, but nothing more high density residential. Commissioners, please, please uphold the zoning restrictions, and protect our neighborhoods!
