About As a parent who has residence of her children following a divorce, I have been amazed by the lack of power I have in the absent parent providing a reasonable financial contribution to my children's up keep. It is my children's right that both of their parents should willingly provide for their up keep. However, after 3 years of fighting I am at the mercy of the Child Support Agency (CSA). The CSA cannot issue the absent parents declaration due to data protection, and if you are aware that your ex is giving false information you have no rights to challenge this legally in court. Your only hope is to keep asking the CSA to re-assess your case. The system is flawed! For the sake of every child please support this cause...EVERY child has a right to 2 parents providing for them whether they live under the same roof or not! Positions Every Child has the right to 2 parents providing for their practical needs Every child has the right to avoid their parents being caught in legal action Every child should be loved and provided for not used in legal battles
