too dangerous; will lead to accidents and vehicular assault on pedestrians, especially college students and middle school students

A well-reasoned and acceptable proposal.

No development higher that current. Bigger is not better.

How does this benefit our entire community? I'd rather see an SMU facility, other community facility in this location. It's too big, too commercial looking, and only benefits the owners, not the Pk Cities residents. Does not fit into the neighborhood.

The building is not only too tall, but the facade doesn't blend nor compliment snider plaza or SMU

We vote for a smaller scale building and not a much needed green space!!

Too much traffic already keeps me away from Snyder plaza. Adding more is a mistake. Building is too big and has too much glass for the neighborhood

Snider Plaza parking is already insufficient. Adding more cars to the mix will clog up mobility and it will hurt the other businesses in the center. Customers will choose not to trade in Snider Plaza. Please do not approve adding more space on the bank bldg. Thank you. Chris Jonsson

The building is too tall and the design does not fit with our neighborhood. Something absolutely needs to be done with this building but this design is not acceptable for our quaint neighborhood!
