Failure to respond to resident concerns and request appropriately and timely. Failure to maintain property by investigating and resolving facility issues. This property manager does not demonstrate the ability to see senior citizen perspectives, to hear what they are saying, and to solve problems. The property manager needs to understand and balance the views of senior citizens. This property manager fails to listen and communicate with senior citizen tenants. she is not proactive and involved in our concerns and complaints, She does not appear to be levelheaded, resourceful or personable. she fails to make sure everything runs smoothly in the complex, She seems to have a lack of understanding about senior issues which leads to conflicts between senior tenants and management. The tenants feels they have no representation, no one to advocate for them within the management company.
