This is a landmark building and this will significantly compromise the quality of life and safety of our neighborhood and children.

I can't think of a worse way to mar a landmarked building in a historic neighborhood than with a nightclub.

That kind of establishment does not belong in a residential area with a large number of children, schools and churches.

This project does not belong to a residential neighborhood and even less in a landmark building facing Federal Hall.

Protect what little sanity NYC Residents will have. Don't allow this to happen!

It is absolutely the worst idea to open a bar and a nightclub in a building full of families with small children, especially when the building is located in the pedestrian zone.

Looking at the trend of these big venues like the ESPN Zone, Dave and Buster's, they are interesting for about 2 months before it draws a bad crowd, looking to fight and cause problems. The neighborhood is kid friendly and this will make the neighborhood unsafe for our kids

I bought my place because it was a quiet and safe area. a 1500 person occupancy will bring party people and drunk people

a nightclub is completely inappropriate for the space and neighborhood. An aweful establishment like this belongs in Times Square!

This neighborhood during the day is a business and residential area that is already congested. The 482 apartments at 15 Broad Street at the base of the proposed night club desire to keep this a residential area without the issues of a nightclub. There are many young families that reside at 15 Broad and it is not appropriate to have a night club in the building.

Keep these guys out of our quiet Neighborhood. We don't need a shoddy club with the attendant problems such as public drunkenness etc.

this building is a residential building and this project is absolutely inappropriate for the location. We have young children here and we do not need a facility such as this one open late at night with the noise and riff-raff spilling onto our street!
