I am a resident/owner of 15 Broad Street and am concerned about the noise created by the complex as well as ongoing management of the complex (both inside as well as on the street with potentially loud and disruptive clients).

Too big a bar for the area. If they win, they need to have security and crowd control as part of their permit.

The nuisances this usage willl bring to the neighborhood will be morning, day and night. This is not an appropriate use for this location.

There was a party at 23 Wall last week and the effects on the building were disastrous. Our apartment is on the 31st floor and we couldn't sleep due to the loud music, loud voices and honking cars waiting for passengers outside.

I am a resident of 15 Broad Street. The propsed cabaret will most likely compromise the quality of life in this area. Further, the cabaret is totalli inappropriate for this family neighborhood and would significantly contribute to noise and sanitation levels.

We are able to hear street noise even in our 19th floor apartment in the same building. This building and several neighboring buildings have a high density of young children whose sleeping health would be adversely affected by the noise created by such a business in the venue. While I actually believe such an establishment may have value to our community, I very strongly believe this is a poor location for the business and it would be perfect situated on the West Side Highway or Water Street which are more commercial areas of the neighborhood and where the noise and traffic will blend into existing white noise. I also strongly agree that any management of the area's security due to the NYSE would be compromised due to the routine crowds brought into the area by this venue. For these reasons, I would request the liquor license be denied and the proprietor's encouraged to find a more appropriate location for their venue.

This historic neighborhood is a security zone and home to families. A nightclub doesn't belong here. This is not Times Square.
