Dear Management,

As restrictions related to COVID-19 on indoor dining and other indoor activities (ex theaters) are being lifted across NYC, the residents at the Eagle ask for the following changes related to amenities access:

- Gym hours should be extended to accommodate commuters (ie, should open by 4 am and remain open til 11 pm)

- The outdoor 2nd floor terrace and 34th floor roof deck should re-open

We ask that these changes be made or that management offer rent concessions for the limitations in amenities.
