Purpose: Grant reserved parking for visitors near residence halls
Description: For families and friends of current in-residence students, it is especially hard to find a parking space near the residential area. Therefore, parking should be reserved (ex: through the phone call and online reservation) for visitors near student dorms to allow easier access.
