I believe the research only focused on the negetive responses to the research question. For instance, I don't see biological studies clashing with most black South Africans' beliefs being acknowledged as a possible answer to the research question and as a black South African, that's the first answer I'd give to such a question and I know most blacks feel that way. So, there is no way that out of about 200 blacks, none gave such a response which makes me conclude the survey was not conducted at all

Racisms in the knowdlege economy is still prevalent in this country. Colonial mindset is still perverse in Higher Education Institutions where white scholars are perceived to produce better research papers than blacks. Racism & Colonialism must fall

I wholeheartedly support Kumalo's arguments and hope, not only that this article is retracted, but that it sets a precedent that this kind of racist pseudo science won't be published again.
