Since the privatization of PHCN, Electricity bill never seizes to increase. I received a 17,000 naira electricity bill this month, I started fidgetting and cursing. I ran straight to a friend to share my pain and compare bills,My friend showed me his bill then I realised I was lucky with the figure on my bill, he got 38,000 naira. I started wondering how much would be left from his salary for food, education, housing e.t.c when he pays these crazy bill as they usually call it.
