Duke needs to be given to a family that will live him. His abusers put in jail. This is not right. I am sick to my stomach every time I think about that dog and the abuse he received and most likely will continue to receive in the future. Get some balls and prosecute these people. Don't return pets to abusers. You have evidence!

If a owner can let an abuser go to the Vets Office with him after abusing thier dog what the hell else is going on. Not protecting and looking out for the dog thats for sure.

It is NOT animal care and control fault that Duke is back with their owner. Their hands were tied due to the justice system. This dog should not be by the owners side. Animal abuse is not ok. Staying friends with an abuser is saying abuse is ok. Duke is in danger.

The dog Duke needs to be confiscated from his owner and given a chance to be rehomed with a decent family and his abuser needs to sit in jail indefinitely and think about his crime
