Many people assume this was a better choice than the animal shelter because it was a "no kill" animal sanctuary. That is not true. The truck load sized piles of dead dogs and cats being burned weekly by Miss Marquez prove it. PLEASE GET ALL THE FACTS BEFORE SIGNING THIS PETITION!

Stop dumping sick, unwanted animals and she wouldn't have these problems. Be responsible, take care of your animals, pay your own vet bills, spay and neuter, donate time or money to help her, adopt, more than one because God knows we have way too many, or talk all your friends into adopting, fostering, .... helping too. Everyone not doing something other than judging or running their mouths or helping more than a tiny bit, is the problem! Obviously each of us needs to do more to help so the ones doing it won't be so overwhelmed! Mindy works around the clock caring for animals no one else wants to bother with! We need her and her Sanctuary and she deserves all she can handle and she deserves her own animals back. She also deserves help!

After sitting on the fence for the last few days trying to decide if I should sign this or not. I listened to both sides of the fence and came to this conclusion. Mindy takes in animals because she loves them and wants to eventually rehabilitate or rehome them not send them to a kill shelter. She is doing this on her own with her own money and a few donations and a few friends. Both sides of the fence agree a but think she took on too much. It would be in our and our animals best interest to stop judging her and stop condemning her and maybe instead bring her some hay, dog food, supplies and lend a hand helping her to clean up. Its all good to toss a twenty as a donation but it is welcomed to spend 20-30 min cleaning and feeding and spending time with the animals

She moved mountains for her rescues. I agree to giving back her animals that she can properly care for. She has a big heart and is the sweetest person. She only wanted to give those animals a fighting chance instead of being road kill.

A passionate animal lover/rescuer does the best they can. Sometimes it is overwhelming BUT the most important thing is what is in the animals best interest. This woman sounds like she was doing all she could and then some for animals in need. It is difficult to take care of so many on your own but you do the best you can. I rescue and do it on my own and I understand that things may not be as perfect or clean as you like but she is saving lives and if they are eating getting love that's what matters most. These animals deserve to be back in her care if the biggest problem was it was messier than it should be then help her clean it up and do right by the animals.

I've read & heard only great things about this Sanctuary & woman running it. I hope & pray the whole truth comes out for her & she is able to get her animals back. I pray that all the people offering help do indeed follow through and those that want to be ugly are dealt with swiftly & appropriately . God Bless you & many prayers for you & your animals.
