My dream was always to be able to make my home in Strathearn. The area has become a nightmare.

I definitely think they need to lower it to 4 & there should be a height restriction. They are overlook right into the neighbors homes and yard. Absolutely NO privacy!

In=fill only causes parking issues and changes the feel of established neighbourhoods. The reasons people buy housing in certain areas of the city. (for good parking and the esthetics). Expand Edmonton's city limits and put that kind of housing out there.

I am outraged that Edmonton City Council undertook the suggestions of their radical city planners over the spoken protestations of citizens, and rammed through a dystopian city Rezoning plan that only “catastrophists” are zealous enough to adopt for us.

The size of the units and amount of suites allocated are too large for the older neighbourhoods which will ultimately cause parking issues. Smaller sized units with less suites would be more acceptable to address Urban sprawl.

Very upset that taxpaying residents have lost our say in developing our neighorhoods

Stop ginormous infill in single family home neighborhoods. They block light, remove privacy, cause major parking issues. What are you thinking??!!

Please stop these infills which are too expensive for people to buy!!!!

Please stop ruining old neighborhoods

The City is building these infill buildings with no regard to the tax payers who have supported it! No infrastructure planning including parking and traffic. Owners have a right to sunlight, privacy and quiet on their own yards. It isn’t our fault governments have allowed too much immigration so healthcare, housing and education have become a big problem.

There are so many of these coming up in Glenora but where is everyone going to park ? You need to slow down and make sure parking is not going to be an issue in these neighborhoods but also that they are not towering over someone's home. Thank you

This is severely damaging these older communities, why not do this in the newer ones? I say keep all the bylaws the same as in the older ones and differentiate them in the newer ones. In my opinion this is completely absurd. Best Regards, Elton Schwartz

10 units on what was single lot on our street. No parking and no space outside except to walk single file to the side walk. These huge buildings are going up as soon as an older single family home is sold.

The height and depth of the mid block buildings are absolutely overwhelming. They look absurd scattered throughout neighborhoods.

Where is the thoughtfulness of design and neighborhood integrity… “be better” These builders and designers have no depth, bigger isn’t better use better products and design scale the project with purpose and character
