Absolutely a mess, zero parking, emergency routes not thought through. Water & electricity not taken into consideration. Leave Riverdale as a beautiful historical area!

t will affect my property value and privacy. I am also very concerned about parking for tenants and potential problems with garbage.

Stop this infill nonsense immediately given the parking situation cannot support 8 plexes given the stupid roads you have been building on Ottewell Rd and elsewhere.

Stop ruining the value of neighboring properties by allowing massive infill projects in residential areas designed to have single family or duplex homes. A new build should not rob the neighbors of sunlight, privacy, or parking.

Residents need 51% input and council 49%

It is ridiculous that there is no room for garbage bins, recycle bins, parking and snow removal. This council is not representing the people who elected them. They just have their own agenda.

Unbelievable that a property tax payer could be invaded by a landfill.

All the infill housing that is being allowed to be built should not be allowed. They are cheapening neighborhoods. With no parking being included with them, anyone who lives in them that own vehicles will completely take over street parking so that owners of houses can no longer park in front of their own homes. Some of these monstrosities on the south side are also being rented out on a daily basis so what kind of people will they be that are renting them? Stop this insanity!

This used to be a nice neighborhood. Numerous multi level homes are being built in our neighborhood and it’s not going to stop if something is not going to be done.

The infill zoning appears to be poorly thought out. Turning the process over to developer's and landlords is a recipe for building wealth, not addressing affordable housing and communities.

I don’t want any more infills on my neighborhood. Plus. Houses being built front and back of the lot with no space for parking. This is a nice old neighborhood and these infills need to stop.

An 8-plex went up beside us....very upsetting in a neighborhood full of bungalows.

We have a lovely back yard with plenty of room for gardening and our dogs. It's private and we'd like to keep it that way. I've lived here all my life and shouldn't be living in fear that soon my older neighbors will move away and their large lot will become an apartment complex with garbage and vehicles everywhere!

Ridiculous as we have a housing crisis, homeless on the rise and we allow 8-plex and bike lanes to be a priority along with businesses like vape shops located so close to schools. Seriously who is taking pride in Edmonton on the council and how are you doing so. I’m an Edmontonian and I want to move as I’ll not proud of our city anymore. The priorities and value of our city are lost.

Stop this urban ghetto ugliness. Enough destroying the safety and sanctity of our neighbourhoods.

this city council just like all the others before them DO NOT listen to the people of this city. They do everything according to their wants and likes.

I don't think the city council has considered all aspects of infill. Parking, and sewer for example. Building in an older neighborhood. Not a good idea. The underlying infrastructure cannot support this.. Never mind the aesthetics and what it's done and the decrease property values. And who wants an apartment building, or whatever you want to call it, looking in their backyard and their windows? You're supposed to represent our wishes, not your own. You don't vote on your own desires.

Be responsible. Stop catering to cheap developers. What Duggan did was a good thing. Leave them alone. Duplexes with a max 2 story height is reasonable and responsible

Stop destroying neighborhoods. Let's rent out all the new apts being built. Finish developing Blatchford first!
