Mid block 8+ dwellings where one house used to stand is unacceptable. Those of use who live in these neighborhoods (and there are plenty of them!) deserve to be consulted!

I see devastating to our neighnourhoods - no longer appealing to people. No consideration for the look or the cost to others when slamming huge properties onto tiny spaces. No parking. No appeal. Huge issues worh drains and infrastructure

Seeing all the damage from the rain I worry how a sewage system designed for a single family will react when that system is being used for 4 to 8 suites or more. Everything I've seen or read shows disastrous consequences which I don't want to have any one of my neighbors experience.

I 100% agree with this. I wish I could add pictures to show, just how ugly our community is becoming due to Multi-family units. One chicken coup 4 doors door is so high it blocks the neighboring property from any or very little sun.

City council is destroying the integrity and character of our neighbourhoods! I'm not against infill.... I'm against the uncontrolled multiplex that don't belong in neighbourhoods with single and duplex homes. Street parking is now a nightmare...garbage bins are everywhere as there is no space allowance being made.

I bought my house partly to be able to grow a garden but if multi-units pop up mid-block I will loose the light in my backyard garden. Lack of parking space will also be an issue because we have a sports school in our neighborhood that most parents drive to to drop off their kids which takes up parking spaces all around the school.

The present zoning is out of control. People who have resided in their mature neighborhoods for years are being squeezed out by the excessive infill and multi housing developments. Neighborhoods are being destroyed and torn apart by excessive construction .

This infill nonsense has to stop. There seems to be very little follow-up after the build to make sure it was built to code. No regard for the neighbors or neighbourhood

I believe we need to limit urban sprawl but to build 8 multiplexes within two blocks does not support a healthy community.

Neighborhood character could be lost forever, without even knowing if the densification will lead to better housing rates, or if the extra construction will just sit empty.

Mindful community development.
The city is not creating community development.
