No respect for the people who have lived here for years and worked hard for their homes. Calling me selfish when we appealed the 4 skinny homes took the beautiful older homes out.

We have a 6 unit rental building going up next to our home in a mature neighborhood. One bedroom rental units with zero parking allotted other than street parking. Zero consultation was available to the neighbours. Two of the rental units front doors face the alley which is horrible and I then wonder where are all the mandatory garbage bins going for all 6 units????? That’s 12 bins on a regular home sized lot and these all go in front of two units front doors!!!!! It’s horrible. There have been many times there have been trades garbage in our yard, the builder is an absolute jerk and the most unprofessional “builder” I have ever come across. There should be a website that shows what kind of builder is burping next to an existing home as well. The one next to us is infill.ca and will forever be black listed in my books.

Urban densification is destroying neighborhoods. People want to live in houses not boxes.
