Why is the board so deeply involved in the day-to-day operations of the bank? It is also noted that the chairman of the board has referred to the staff as "parasites".. while he sits on his high horse gaining some kind of satisfaction from the ongoing impasse.

The workers have rights! I am disgusted with 1st National Bank's total disregard for their staff. Charity begins at home and if they can't treat their staff right how will they treat their customers?
