Employees need what due to them, they are the backbone of the establishment this is unfair, very disappointed in the bank.

Undeserving at this time. If 1st National Bank had some semblance of integrity they would bow out gracefully and let more deserving nominees vie for the award. They know very well they are undeserving of this award! But, herein lies the problem with this bank’s management...they are arrogant, greedy, and selfish. It's all about them flaunting successes brought about by hard working employees and yet they refuse to reward these same employees. Whole board needs to step down. ECCB please intervene!

Total disrespect for staff.
Management and Board need to remember that staff are the backbone of the institution.

As a spouse of an employee at first national bank, I can tell you the banks senior management has no interest in their employees.

There are clear indications that board members are also on the same union representing the workers. This to me is a clear conflict of interest. Workers were promised increases in salaries and as per the union the bank can afford to pay but refuses to honor their agreement.
