During this Pandemic circumstances, it would cause grave inconvenience to members who reside outside the premises of society to travel late hours in the evening specially women. Further, care for senior citizens should also be ensured since some of them would have their health schedules to be followed.
Hence it is advisable to have meeting be conducted on the morning hours

Request for all meetings to be held during Morning hours only. It's important that we provide the right opportunity for every member to attend the meeting. Convening in evening hours running into late hours is inconvenient to senior citizens, and members staying outside.
