How can runners run through the torn up neighborhoods of this suffering city and not stop to lend a helping hand. The hard working residents of this great city can't even get through it to keep a job, open an office, get gas, buy groceries. It is the ultimate slap in the face to have 45,000 runners run through each borough with their paths cleared of destruction! I guess the Mayor isn't looking to find a loop hole for another term!
