Please be advised that we would like to appeal the decision of the Bauer Loft Condominium Board through a requisition for a meeting (petition) under Section 46(1)of the Condominium Act.
We hereby represent the unit owners and oppose the proposed $250 move in and $250 move out levy fee.
By signing this petition we are formally requesting a meeting be held to inform owners of the proposed changes and decision making process.
We request under subsection 47 (2) of the Condominium Act a vote on this matter.

This fee change should have been explained and discussed at the very recent owners meeting, before it was implemented. I oppose the new fees.

Unit 805. This should have been on the agenda of the AGM with a vote before implementing.
