Finally someone said it. Working in IT makes me want to scream sometimes. People act like we are magicians but they cant even find the power button.
PREACH. i have worked at a call center for 3 years and the way people talk to us is just gross. like i am a human being just trying to help you reset your password.
Some people really should not be allowed on the internet.
Seriously need a law against customer abuse. Its not okay to scream at a kid working for minimum wage just because you forgot your email login.
Worked in tech support for 5 years and i have seen it all. The entitlement is unreal. If you cant figure out how to restart your router maybe you should just use a landline.

The amount of times I have had to explain what double clicking is makes me question humanity. A test is definitely needed.
