Each existing or expecting parent of a child in America under eighteen (18) years of age must partake in a free parenting class provided by the state. In order to make this happen, a hamburger tax of one (1) cent will be effective in the year 2015. This class will consist of hygiene, health, and other information specific to the longevity of a child's life. Your signature means years added on to the lives of our future generation.
