Working conditions for the pilots have been on a downhill since past few years. Regulator and airlines are working hand in gloves which is also making indian skies unsafe. Now tatas are trying to monopolise the industry which will make situation even worse for the pilots and other employees.

Pilots are not MNREGA workers to pay them only when company makes them fly! It is not under the control of pilots to FLY more to earn enough! It’s the company’s responsibility to ensure that they hire only the needed number of pilots and ensure that they fly optimally! Pilots must be on fixed salary till 70 hours and on overtime beyond 70! It’s company’s responsibility to ensure that the pilots fly minimum 70 hours and if not, they should pay for 70 hours minimum! Each one of us, is required some guaranteed income every month! It’s least that is expected of these airlines!
