May 13, 2015 · The Supreme Court, while agreeing with the Court of Appeals that the Usury Law is legally inexistent with the issuance of CB Circular 905, and that interest can now be charged as lender and borrower may agree upon, nevertheless found the stipulated interest iniquitous, unconscionable, and contrary to morals:
Wala collateral kung di lahat ng angkan mo. Mumurahin at pagbabantaan ang pamilya mo pag na miss mo payment kahit isang araw. After getting out of this mud hole, sa tulong ng pamilya, ay pinagdarasal ko sa Diyos, dahil Siya ay All Righteous and Just God.

Marami na pong harassment n ntanggap teacher pa po ako sa fb mesgr ng mga kamag anak ko na post n nila ako even s mga co teacher at friends ay patuloy silang nagpapdla ng mesgs...sana po matulungan kami...God bless po
