Our government should investigate Ola operating in our country. And possible should stop its operation due to big interests, short terms, harassment and online shaming of their clients even in a day past due

My Mother got nervous breakdown until now, They call and txt my reference and MAD at me already. They will access FB page. They death threat me via sms that I will die along with my parents and love ones, threat that all my valid government ids will be invalid and no more SSS, PHILHEALTH, PAG-IBIG Benefits. I experience in panic mode and get nervous also, It affect my work. There are times i cannot sleep. they use the name of NBI Cybercrime Director, Use NPC and SEC not in a good manner way. Agents do not understand reasons, Agents do not give their fullname, Their office address, They legit email address..They change their company name..babayaran naman pero the way they will remind to collect is illegal and not in proper way. they will degrade your reputation as if that they have the only rights..

Tinanggap ko po ang Bawas sa ni loan ko dhil sobrang need ko po ng pera non...
Pero yung way nila ng pag singil at hindi mkatao wla pang due tatawagan k at sisigawan kpa n magbayad na naun due ko na po message cla ng d magandang salita
