Tpos ilang days lang ang terms na binibigay nila at ang laki nila magbawas sa loan mo kaya magkano lang din mapupunta sayo tpos pag babayaran sknla ang laki ng interest.... Sana po matulungan nyu po kme lahat ng mga Online Lending Victims marame na silang nabiktima marame na na depress at nagsuicide dahil sa pananakot nila.... Nilalabag pa nila ang data privacy ng Debtor kinontak nila ang mga references mo kahit na hindi mo ginawamg reference once na NAKAACCESS na sila sa phone mo magagalaw nila phone contacts mo makikita nila at maaari nilang tawagan at guluhin yang mga yan. Pati sa Facebook pinopost nila ang mukha ng debtor at ipinapakalat na scammer pa they use a lot of Law offices din like CIC, NBI even SEC para sa pananakot nila sa debtor they use a lot of bad words even threatened to the family of a debtors.....

Please...they are way too abusive, violent I've lost a lot already and was about to lose my life because of their ways in collecting which should not be that way death threats, data privacy, cyber bullying, libel. Please help us all.

All the Online lending apps should be stop due to their unlawful behavior towards their borrowers which they harassed and sending threats that cause suicide to some borrowers.

I have been with different loan apps recently like I started with just one loan all like PESOQ because I desperately need money due to ECQ and staff. I was a good payer until this week that I wasn't able to pay my debts anymore because of pandemic and I can no longer budget the my money paying them because they have such high fees. I opted to loan with to other loan apps just to cover and pay the others, like Madali Loan, Cash me, Snapera, Zada Cash, Cash dream, Snapeso, Okpeso, FT lending, Kusog Pera, Pesoq and juanhand. I was able to pay but I can no longer reloan to others which caused me to not able to pay on time. But they were text blasting and calling me non stop and what's even worst they were able to access my contacts which I never allowed them to and send nasty things about me, jeopardizing my identity publicly, with text messages not even mentioning their company of specific name of the loan app and if you will call these numbers they can't be reached as well. Saying I will be salvage and lots of things that is below my level of tolerance. Because of what they did, it greatly affect my mental health that it causes me stress and depression and affected even my appetite. Please I need your help to stop these people from traumatizing their once valued and good customer but just because wasn't able to pay on time was able to received such insult making myself an indentity theft victim. I am fully aware that this is against data privact act and a violation of my human rights as well as my customer rights. I am hoping that I will be able to get I right action from your good office.
