I am deeply saddened by the loss of this young man, I did not know him, but I was moved by his fight for his life. He deserves to be honored for his swift act to save his own life. The odds were against him, but his legacy should reign in the streets of New York as an active member of the force. My condolences to the family.

This is the least that they can do for this baby and his family. He looked up to them so much and it hurts to imagine that one of the last images he saw was a person in uniform questioning him as he took his last breaths. Sleep in peace baby boy.
You would've been the best damn detective NY had ever seen.
