The violence needs to stop in these street. Black and Hispanic children are dying every day. Parents are burying their children when it should be the other way around. The elderly is being raped and attacked. Gang violence is not the answer. I dont feel safe in these streets and I'm afraid for my children. Lower Manhattan get better treatment then us poor folk.
