Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been living a terrible life since last fourteen years. What started off with an intrusion of privacy when i was an employee at MALCO Power Plant, Vedanta Resources Plc. a London Stock Exchange listed British/Indian metals and mining major. These colleagues who have got my quarters keys have systematically and additively installed cameras in my staff quarters and toilet and streaming it in power plant control room and admin building computers. What started off like workplace bullying and harassment resulted into daily threatening to leave the job. It was my first offer and first job and i held on irrespective of harassment reaching to the starting point of my travel including the bike stands where i park my bike before boarding the bus. when i held on the job and questioned them back they have changed the narrative altogether linking me to some false accusations.[gossipping, speaking over shoulder] but the bullying went on non stop [spitting, name calling]. Whenever i went to the Management to raise my issue they would shut me out saying dont point fingers at anyone and work if you want to else leave. I held on in-spite of all these problems when the attendance punch wouldnt record my finger prints and someone over shoulder would utter obscene words. Workshifts were made to make me the single incharge of Boiler or Turbine area while other shifts would have 3 to 5 people. These were also verbally abusing me. Workers/ Laborers would be take off and posted in far off places and i was made to to do the labourers job as well. i was denied leave subjected to multiple loss of pay and my superiors would verbally abuse me that i would never climb the ladder when i directly asked them why, there were no answers. I quit with all these then a different episode of mass threateing started off in my housing area. that has resulted in multiple accidents and poisoning over the years. i have been through multiple accidents and am poisoned several times in many places and I am being targeted wherever i go ruining my rapport. Hence i request you to please sign my petition to help me get back to a normal productive life.

I am currently compiling your accounts to present to the labor board as evidence of systemic abuse. Call your local representative today and demand they investigate the negligence at Vedanta Resources.

SO SORRY you had to go through all this alone. You are very brave for coming forward about these people.
This is totally sick. How can management just let them get away with cameras in the toilets? Someone needs to be fired for this.
The management should have looked into this. If they have tried to brush this issue they are guilty as well.
All these people harassinh other employee by forming a group should be punished.
