Requesting legal action against to Jaffna High Court judge Mr. Ilancheliyan

Jaffna High Court judge S. Ilancheliyan does not seem to have high ethics deliver justice.

He talks in public platforms just like an alert idiot. He goes beyond the law, throws law books in debris and delivers punishment as per his the feelings that arise in his mind. He looks for if it is justice or injustice, listens to what the public says and what the media says; He considers right to be wrong and wrong to be right and delivers punishment.

He considers the law book to be his small rice shop. Between him and one Mr. Manickavasakam in Vavuniya, a media person, tens of thousands of telephone calls had been made. Several hundreds of emails had been transacted. There arises a doubt if this Manivasagam is the real judge. In some of the judgements, his pressure had been used in different forms.

It has been found out that, news had been spread out about persons whom he is not in the liking. Many innocents were punished by him. He acts in a biased manner. Look at the way he speaks in the public platforms and the hasty and emotional speeches. Based on his facial expression and the public speeches, international experts have commented that he needs the medical help of a psychiatrist.

He is a judge who violates rules in all 24 hours and 365 days. He needs to be punished for this. The law penalizes only an individual and not those who create a criminal or the instigators.

The warning speeches made by S. Ilancheliyan in Jaffna, and the punishments that were delivered, and the way the authority taken by S. Ilancheliyan had not only created an unsafe environment among the people, but had also become a part of the violence that curtails the freedom of the people. A police constable Mr.Gnanalingam Mayuran was in training and was acting as the Tamil translator; and when the person was under detention and died, he had punished him with 10 years jail imprisonment for that person who committed no mistake.

Tigers ordered Tamil police people to leave from their employment, including Mr. Gnanalingam Mayuran. Those who defer to do so, were charge sheeted with fake murder allegations and are imprisoned through this S. Ilancheliyan.

He writes and sends the court secrets and judgements as news to all media even before they are pronounced by the court. S. Ilancheliyan punishes based on his own imaginations and guessing.

All his court judgements were out of bounds of the court proceedings and limits of the law. I request that all his judgements to be subjected to review.

I request that several hundreds of innocents who were punished by him in a wrong way be given relief.

He holds his own LTTE Terrorist brother S.Ilampirayan as a public relations person for all judges in Jaffna peninsula and other public. Every one must have to talk to S.Ilampirayan to pass information to S. Ilancheliyan.

He was the LTTE Terrorist information agent for about 20 years under Madavan master in Pottu Ammaan group of Tigers who was Internal intelligence leader.

S.Ilampirayan penetrated into the high security areas under the guise that his brother is the judge and had committed several killings, giving accurate information about the police and army to LTTE Pistol group members and black tiger Terrorist.

Will his brother subject him to investigation for his killings?

Will Srilankan Police start investigation about S.Ilampirayan’s LTTE Terrorist activities before 2009 and after 2009 ?

S.Ilampirayan’s hand phone 0773405978 has been used to talk to so many all judges in Jaffna peninsula and other public. Every one must have to talk to S.Ilampirayan to pass information to S. Ilancheliyan.

Will Srilankan Police start investigation about S.Ilampirayan’s hand phone calls to all judges in Jaffna peninsula ?

All his court judgements were out of bounds of the court proceedings and limits of the law.

I request that all his judgements be subjected to review.

Doubt about his fitness are very high among Civilians in North part of Sri lanka.

Students across Sri Lankan universities protested last year, Thousands of students took to the streets in Jaffna town, blocking A9, the main highway to the island’s north, urging speedy action against the hidden perpetrator Jaffna High Court judge Mr. Ilancheliyan who is behind “Conspiracy” Murder in Jaffna.

The Students Union of Jaffna University has sought a fair investigation into the case, and urged the Human Rights Commission of Sri Lanka to intervene.

Tamil parties in the north have called for a ‘hartal’ against Jaffna High Court judge Mr. Ilancheliyan who is behind “Conspiracy” Murder in Jaffna. In addition to the protests in Sri Lanka, demonstrations were held in various European countries and India that have a predominantly Tamil population and the President of Sri Lanka ordered an independent investigation of the case.

The shooting down of the University students was the first incident of killing of civilians by the police after 1983 in Jaffna .

Besides, when the emergency regulations are not in operation, the cop cannot fire a T 56 weapon unless he has been given prior orders by a superior officer to shoot, but Jaffna High Court judge Mr. Ilancheliyan has given order to Police according to his own speech given to Media every day.

President Hon.Maithripala Sirisena intervened directly to stop police covering up the murder of two Jaffna university student and got five police officers immediately interdicted, but President Hon.Maithripala Sirisena failed to interdict Mr. Ilancheliyan who is behind this episodes against to this unity good governance.

The Jaffna student shooting incident has received publicity both here and abroad by now.

Jaffna “judge Ilancheliyan behind so many conspiracy episodes against to this unity good governance in sri lanka”

Mr.Ilampiraiyan murdered army and police personnel who were against his elder brother judge Mr.Ilancheliyan by using tigers and murdered folly personnel who were roaming around in the name of tigers by informing government side.

Mr.Ilampiraiyan as LTTE vip and Jaffna High Court judge Mr. Ilancheliyan as a justice and their siblings have obtained refugee status in Europe and Canada by deceiving Tamil people and Srilanka government.

Jaffna High Court judge Mr. Ilancheliyan lifted state documents and information and provided them to his siblings to use against national integrity and blame the government of Srilanka before international community and obtained refugee status in Europe.

Will their refugee status and confessions be taken to courts of Srilanka for investigation ? He uses the his siblings own ‘THUINAKURAL’ newspaper that has been run under judge Mr.S.Ilancheliyan’s influence against those justices who are opposed to him in North Part of Srilanka.

The medical wastes of the Northern Central hospital Adresse: 342, Palali Rd, Jaffna, Sri Lanka , which is being run under judge Mr.S.Ilancheliyan’s influence are thrown on to lands in midnight where people’s settlements are there.

He conducts gold trafficking between India and Srilanka using his jewellery shop. This shop has office in jaffna and Colombo.

Jaffna High Court judge Mr.S.Ilancheliyan judge involved in fake encounter killing for about 20 long years in Vavuniya and Trincomalee. judge Mr.S.Ilancheliyan himself involved with fake encounter in which 73 were gunned down after describing them as accused criminals in the past government times. Why judge Mr.S.Ilancheliyan was not convicted for such crime ? judge Mr.S.Ilancheliyan continue to indulge in staged killings of hundreds of “criminals” some of whom could even be proven innocent.

How long can we tolerate this?

How long can Srilankan Court of Law tolerate this?

His car driver has been indulging in scandal for the past 20 years. His driver is the main instruments in his scandals.

According to unconfirmed source of information, Jaffna High Court judge Mr.S.Ilancheliyan has American citizenship.

“Recognition of his contribution to judicial independence. Recalling the award, Ilancheliyan said: “When I was told by US officials that I could stay back in the US as a citizen, I said I would like to continue to serve the Lankan judiciary. Thereupon, a State Department official remarked that their choice was right!” is it not bribe ?

According to constitution, those justices who have American citizenship cannot punish parties in the court.

If our allegations were not investigated, we would take legal steps in Srilankan court for not investigating our allegations.
