This is an official petition made by the students of Royal Palm Beach Community High School requesting a change in the dress code. We as a body ask that the dress-code be reformed to allow the wearing of button-downs. Many parents and students were under the impression that said apparel was in accordance with the guidelines set at RPBHS due to lack of enforcement from the previous year. Many parents have spent hundreds on school shopping and can't return or exchange the flannels, button-downs, dress shirts that they purchased for their child/children. If given this variety in attire, I feel the students would be more likely to comply with the rules. By signing this petition students are showing their support and their interest in the schools reputation and presentation. - Current Royal Palm Beach High School Attendee
