Requesting a Meeting with SDAA Council for early Jan 2024

The lack of communication is honestly embarrassing. I have been calling and emailing for weeks with zero response from anyone at the office. Start acting like you work for us.

THINGS NEED TO CHANGE. stop ignoring the people who actually do the work.

This is ridiculous. Fees keep going up but I dont see any benefits for us. We need some real answers about whats happening with our license.

Just want to know why nobody is talking to us. Getting pretty sick of the runaround.

Does anyone actually know what the new insurance rules mean for us?? Because Im lost and I dont want to find out later that I cant work because someone forgot to explain it clearly.

I feel the Sdaa is not the same anymore since they changed They don’t care about the Dental Assistants at all anymore they just want our money Plus charging us more when we pay our own insurance When I have had questions am confused about what I need to do or lost an email and asked them to resend what I need to do I feel they get mad easily and make me feel stupid or then I feel bad because they get mad at me As well a leader should either be a Dental Assistant or have Dental background Get the Dentists involved not people off the street who have no Dental experience or any knowledge whatsoever
