I hope you're well. I’m writing to kindly request a meeting to discuss my current compensation and some concerns regarding the timing of salary payments.

I truly appreciate the opportunity to serve as a Supplementary Feeding Program Officer and am proud of the work we’re doing. Over the past three months I’ve remained committed to our goals and have contributed to identify and treat under five children and pregnant/lactating women and improve followup .

In light of my responsibilities and the value I bring to the program, I would like to propose a salary adjustment per month, which I believe better reflects the scope of my work and aligns with current standards for similar roles.

Additionally, I would like to address the issue of delayed salary payments. Receiving monthly payments on time is important for financial stability, and I respectfully request that future payments be made consistently by the agreed date each month.
