I sign this petition in support of Father Leatherby but I object to the submissive tone of this letter acknowledging Jaime Soto as Catholic authority on this matter. When Bishop Soto leaves Sacramento it will be with great celebration except for the knowledge that some other community will have to endure similar leadership.

Please Bishop Soto do the right thing. We need priests that follow the true teachings of our Catholic Faith. I know Jesus and His Mother are waiting for you to return him to full active duties. Don’t you feel the presence of Mary callling you to do the right thing. Don’t deny this our precious Mother is calling

Fr. Leatherby walked with me as I discovered the beauty of the Catholic Church. I will forever be greatful for all the support he gave me. I know there are so very many people that can say exactly the same thing. He is truly a Holly Priest!!! He cares about each and everyones’ soul! Please return him to his active Priesthood! I am praying daily for this miracle!
